Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use heynimo.in and when you join the Nimo waitlist. By using the site you agree to them.
1. About this site
This website is operated by Nimo Robotics Inc. It exists to introduce Nimo, an AI companion robot in development, and to let interested people join a waitlist.
2. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side.
- It is not an order, a reservation, or a purchase. It does not guarantee you a unit, a price, or a delivery date.
- We may contact you by email about Nimo's development and launch. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Please submit your own email address. We may remove entries that appear automated, abusive, or fraudulent.
3. Pre-production product information
Nimo is still in development. Everything shown on this site — including imagery, described features, expressions, colorways and timelines — represents our current design intent and may change or may not appear in a final product at all. Product visuals on this site are concept renders, not photographs of a finished device. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a binding commitment to ship.
4. Quotes and figures
Any counts, quotes, or impressions shown on the site are indicative and provided to illustrate early interest. They are not verified statements of fact and should not be relied on when deciding whether to join.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false, automated, or bulk entries to any form on this site,
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its database, or its infrastructure,
- scrape, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer any part of the service, or
- use the site for anything unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
The Nimo name, logo, character design, site design, copy, and imagery are owned by Nimo Robotics Inc. and protected by intellectual property law. You may share links to the site freely. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or assets commercially without written permission.
7. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use them to improve Nimo without any obligation to compensate you. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential.
8. Third-party links and services
The site links to and relies on third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party site or provider.
9. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nimo Robotics Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from joining the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute — except where local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
